Unlooc is not for everyone. Only the heroes who complete the challenge will be allowed to wear the MURPH T-shirt.

What is MURPH?

The MURPH is the most legendary fitness challenge ever. Period.

CrossFit is known for its brutal workouts of the day (WODs), but what many don't know is that some workouts go above and beyond the sport's usual intensity. These are called "hero WODs," and they generally honor a fallen member of the military, making them more meaningful than the average sweat sesh. Whether you practice CrossFit or not, the MURPH is a fitness challenge for anyone as very little material is required.

“Murph” honors the life of Lieutenant Michael Murphy from Patchogue, NY, who died serving in Afghanistan in 2005.

The Murph workout is done for time and consists of:

1 mile (1.6 km) run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile (1.6 km) run

You can complete this MURPH Unlooc challenge with or without wearing a 20lbs (~9kg) weighted vest or body armor.
